Operations Manager

We’re building Egypt’s first clean-label hydration brand powered by electrolytes and we’re looking for someone to lead our physical operations. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly from warehouse to door, manage our logistics partners, and help us scale without friction.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role.

What You'll Do:

• Manage fulfillment, warehousing, and 3PL relationships
• Oversee order tracking, stock levels, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate between production, suppliers, and retail partners
• Streamline logistics to reduce costs and delays
• Lead operational planning for new product launches

Who You Are:

• Based in Egypt with 2–4 years of ops, logistics, or supply chain experience
• Clear communicator, problem solver, and systems thinker
• Comfortable working independently and owning your function
• Excited to join an early-stage brand with massive upside
