Local Shipping (Inside Egypt):

• Shipping fees are based on the governorate and automatically calculated at checkout.
• Delivery within Greater Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria takes 2–5 business days.
• Other governorates will receive their orders within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes:

• We do not ship on Fridays or during national/regional holidays.
• Please make sure your full address and an active phone number are correctly entered at checkout for a smooth delivery experience.

Returns & Satisfaction Policy

At Waterkind, we genuinely care about your experience. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, you are eligible for a refund or replacement within 14 days of your delivery date.
